Reporting a maintenance problem?

​

If you need to report any issues, you can contact our maintenance team on maintenance@no1rooms.com , clicking the button below or calling our head office on 01283 684 022. â€‹â€‹

We will of course look to resolve any issues as soon as possible, however please note if we have to instruct external contractors or new parts are needed this may take longer.

Out of hour emergencies:

​

If you have an emergency when our office is closed, please take the following steps:

​

  • Ensure that you are experiencing a true emergency and that the issue cannot be resolved during our opening hours.​​​

​​​

  • Issues relating to internet outages, machines breakdowns, cleaning and other maintenance issues are not emergencies and can be reported using the above methods and the team will get back to you during normal office hours

​

  • Emergencies are unexpected events that could lead to damage to the property: severe leaks, loss of heating and/or hot water, lost keys, fire alarms, no power or light to the property.  Please note, if a contractor/ member of the team is called out as an emergency when not justified, this could result in you being liable for all costs.​

​

  • In an emergency please use the out of hours contact number located on the notice board in your property or contained in the tenant information sheet you would have received before moving in.

​
